1:1 Relationships   If you’ve already gotten a demo of Nymbl Systems from one of our Business Development Representatives (BDRs), you know that we focus on getting to know your business workflows, set-up, and size from the get-go. This way, we can guide you towards specific features that are useful to you.

You’ll also gain a good understanding of Nymbl’s most popular features, like setting up custom forms and workflow checklists, or using scheduling integrations. We’re here to answer any questions you have while you’re exploring all there is to know about Nymbl.

The best part? When you’re ready to sign with Nymbl Systems and get set up (AKA: go through implementation and training), you’ll be matched with one trainer that’s with you through every step of the process; from learning the software to setting up your claims. 

We Get to the Point 
Once you’ve signed on the dotted line, the changes will come fast – but always on your schedule! Your trainer will work with you to establish five times you are available to complete the trainings covering the following areas in Nymbl Systems:

  • Session 1: Nymbl Basics – Introductions, Log In, Navigation, Adding a Patient, Patient Charts, and Scheduling 
  • Session 2: Nymbl Flows – Work in Progress (WIP), Tasks, and Messaging 
  • Session 3: Nymbl Maintenance – Adding Templates, Work Schedules, Admin 
  • Session 4: Nymbl Billing – Generating and Sending Claims, Applying Payments 
  • Session 5: More Nymbl Features – Purchasing & Inventory, Questionnaire, CRM, and Reporting 

After each session, you’ll get a recap email of everything that was covered and a link to your training recording. 
Beyond the training and implementation sessions, we’ll also help you work through sending your first test claim, help you post your first payments, and provide templates for you to import your existing data into Nymbl Systems with ease. 
Thanks to our intuitive interface, most customers are able to easily navigate in Nymbl Systems even before the training sessions are completed. Plus, with each training session only taking about 1.5 hours to complete, you’ll be on your feet in no time.

Collaborative Change 
Part of the beauty of Nymbl’s implementation process is knowing that no two businesses will use our software in exactly the same way. There’s an art to the workflows your business has established.
