Stronger Brand. Same Mission.

We’ve refreshed our brand to better reflect our mission, our momentum, and the value we deliver to modern practices.

Nymbl has always done things differently. Our software is built to challenge the status quo, not replicate it. Today, we’re excited to introduce a bold new look that reflects what has always set us apart — modern technology, intuitive design, and a relentless focus on better outcomes.

This brand refresh isn’t about a new logo. It’s a statement of who we are: a bold, forward-thinking company redefining what practice management systems can do for O&P, CRT, and HME organizations.

Why Now?

Too many businesses are still relying on outdated tools to manage fast-moving, patient-centered care. The result? More admin, more workarounds, and less time for what matters most.

We built Nymbl to change that. And now our visual identity matches the bold innovation behind our platform.

With Nymbl, you get more than just a system that works - you get a partner that’s always pushing forward. We listen, we improve, and we build with purpose.

What’s New?

Our refreshed brand captures the clarity and confidence our users experience every day.

  • A modern, clean aesthetic
  • A bolder tone that reflects our forward momentum
  • Clear, focused messaging centered on outcomes
  • A consistent experience across platform, website, and support

It’s still the Nymbl you know,

just with a look that better reflects

how we’re changing the game.

Bold Results. Real Impact.

We don’t believe in innovation for its own sake. Every feature we release, every improvement we make, is designed to help practices like yours do more with less and grow without added overhead.

  • Grow your business without growing your expenses
  • Save 10 to 20 minutes per note
  • Cut down on denials and delays
  • Deliver more attentive, engaged patient care
  • Make smarter decisions with real-time data access
  • Stay compliant with less friction

Built With and For You

Innovation is only bold if it’s useful. That’s why our roadmap is shaped by the people who use Nymbl every day, including front-line practitioners, billing teams, clinical leaders, and business owners.

From intake to claims, scheduling to documentation, Nymbl is a truly all-in-one platform that adapts to your needs. Our cloud-based foundation means no more maintenance headaches, and our user-first design makes adoption fast and intuitive.

Saving an hour a day: the impact of AI-powered documentation
By Katie Lachey June 19, 2025
Nymbl Systems, a leading provider of cloud-based practice management software for orthotics and prosthetics (O&P), complex rehabilitation technology (CRT), and home medical equipment (HME) providers, today announced the appointment of Brian Holtmeier as Chief Financial Officer. Holtmeier brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience across enterprise and emerging growth companies, including his recent role as CFO of Protenus, a healthcare compliance analytics company. While at Protenus, he led the company through its Series C and D fundraising rounds and a successful acquisition by Bluesight in early 2024. Prior to that, he spent over 15 years at IBM, where he served as CFO of the Security Systems business unit and the acquired marketing automation firm, Silverpop. “Brian’s experience driving financial strategy and scaling infrastructure at the intersection of healthcare and technology makes him an ideal fit for Nymbl,” said Josh Lau, founder and CEO of Nymbl Systems. “Beyond finance and accounting, Brian brings deep operational expertise spanning legal, compliance, IT, and people operations—critical areas as we continue to grow and serve more providers nationwide.” The announcement comes on the heels of Nymbl’s recent strategic investment from Frontier Growth and Tamarind Hill, positioning the company to accelerate innovation, scale operations, and expand its leadership in the O&P, CRT, and HME markets. Nymbl’s cloud-based software leverages modern technology—including AI—to automate key workflows like clinical documentation, patient intake, purchase ordering, and revenue cycle management. Trusted by hundreds of providers across the U.S., Nymbl helps practices streamline operations, increase efficiency, and improve patient care. "Joining Nymbl at this stage is an exciting opportunity to help scale a company that’s truly changing how specialized healthcare practices operate," said Holtmeier. "The team has built something impressive — modern technology, a strong customer base, and a clear sense of purpose. I’m eager to support its continued growth and help deepen our financial and operational foundation as we move into the next chapter."
