Inside NymblCon 2026: The Conversations Shaping the Year Ahead

February 23, 2026

Bringing the O&P and CRT Community Together to Share Ideas and Shape What’s Next

Earlier this month, customers, partners, and industry peers gathered in Charleston for NymblCon 2026, our second annual customer conference focused on something simple but meaningful: creating space for honest conversations about where O&P and CRT are headed.

Over three days, attendees shared real-world experiences, practical lessons, and thoughtful perspectives on the challenges practices are navigating today. From keynote sessions to roundtables and informal conversations between sessions, the focus wasn’t just on technology. It was on learning from each other.

Conversations Grounded in Real Practice Challenges

Across the event, a common theme emerged. Practices are being asked to manage increasing operational complexity while continuing to deliver great patient experiences.

Staffing realities, reimbursement pressure, documentation requirements, and workflow fragmentation came up repeatedly, not as abstract industry talking points, but as everyday experiences shared by people doing the work.

NymblCon is designed to listen first. Many of the most valuable moments came from peers comparing approaches, sharing what has worked for them, and discussing where improvement is still needed.

Looking Ahead: Priorities for 2026

During the product keynote, we shared how customer feedback and ongoing industry conversations are shaping Nymbl’s focus for the year ahead. The 2026 roadmap centers on helping practices reduce manual effort, improve visibility, and support stronger operational alignment.

  • Integration Framework Enhancements
Expanded APIs, bi-directional data exchange, and self-service access to core data aim to support deeper interoperability across the patient journey

  • Purchasing and Inventory Workflow Modernization
Upcoming improvements will focus on creating a more connected purchasing and inventory experience, including enhanced vendor catalogs, workflow automation, and better visibility across ordering and fulfillment.

  • Workflow Automation and CRT-Specific Innovation
Continued investment in automation will support teams with tasks like billing rules, RX status tracking, and claim workflows, alongside CRT-focused enhancements such as modifier logic and more intelligent rental workflows.

“NymblCon is about listening first," said Josh Lau, Founder and CEO of Nymbl. "What we shared in Charleston reflects direct customer feedback and our continued focus on building technology that helps practices operate more efficiently while supporting better patient care.”

A Community-Driven Experience

Beyond the sessions themselves, NymblCon highlighted the value of bringing this community together in person. Customer panels, office hours, and open discussions created opportunities for candid conversations that continue to influence how we think about product development and industry collaboration.

Progress in O&P and CRT doesn’t happen in isolation. It comes from shared experience, honest feedback, and the willingness to learn from one another.
